The lounge area features a comfortable loveseat and armchair, along with a Smart TV with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime and other streaming apps. High-speed WiFi ensures seamless browsing and streaming.
A large bay window fills the room with natural light and provides a charming dining space for two, offering views over King’s Road and the Convention Centre perfect for relaxed meals or morning coffee.
Kitchen
The separate kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with an induction hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle.
A Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine is provided, along with complimentary pods, Yorkshire Tea and sugar to help you start your day. Cleaning essentials, including dishwasher tablets and washing-up supplies, are also supplied for your convenience.
Bedroom
The bedroom offers a calm and comfortable retreat, dressed with Egyptian cotton linens and plush bedding to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
A dressing table, bedside storage and generous wardrobe space provide everything needed for both short and longer stays.
Bathroom
The en-suite bathroom is modern and well presented, featuring a shower over bath and heated towel rail. Eco-friendly toiletries are provided.
Please note there are three steps leading down into the bathroom.

Private parking is available at the rear of the property, including EV/Tesla charging. Additional public parking with EV charging is available directly opposite.

A fantastic location and beautiful apartment. Lydia was so friendly, proactive, and responsive - I can’t recommend her enough. My only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the fact that we didn’t get the best sleep - the noise of people talking and walking up and down stairs kept waking us up.

The flat was perfect for our stay for a couple of days. It was spotless when we arrived. The bed and sofas were comfortable. The shower was excellent. It's also a great location for walking to the town centre. The parking is a bonus. Lydia was also very responsive and helpful. Thanks so much.

We stayed here for a weekend to relax in the Turkish Bath and chill after a tough month
We stayed here for a weekend to relax in the Turkish Bath and chill after a tough month. To visit the Turkish Bath the location is perfect - its just down the road. We did not want to drive or walk a long distance afterwards so was perfect. The two of us did the Baths in shifts in order to keep our spaniel entertained. On the way back I discovered the Cold Bath Brewhouse where I had a bowl of Ramen and a beer with my spaniel sitting next to me - super and very dog friendly. The flat was great super clean and very responsive host. Would very much recommend

King's Suit location is ideal, 5 mins to town centre
Fantastic apartment, bright clean spacious, with great location 5 mins walk to shops bars restaurant's, nice Italian & micro brewery 2 mins. Bright spacious and all amenities needed in apt. Montpellier Parade full of independent retailers, great bars, Art Galleries and museum. Harrogate great place to visit and would stay at King's Suit when next visiting HarrogateKing's Suit location is ideal, 5 mins to town centre, some great places to eat and drink. The shops cater for all, the town buzzing with shoppers. Had a great time 5 stars all-round, highly recommended
