Designed with comfort and practicality in mind, the apartment offers a bright and welcoming living space ideal for relaxing after a day exploring Harrogate.
The lounge and dining area features a comfortable two-seater sofa and armchair, along with a 43” LG Smart TV with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime and other streaming apps. Super-fast WiFi ensures seamless browsing and streaming. A dining table for two sits by the window, offering views over King’s Road perfect for relaxed meals or morning coffee.
Kitchen
The modern kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with an induction hob, oven, large fridge/freezer with water dispenser, microwave, toaster and kettle.
A Nespresso coffee machine is provided, along with complimentary pods, Yorkshire Tea and sugar to help you start your day. Eco-friendly cleaning essentials, including dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid and cloths, are also supplied for your convenience.
Bedroom
The spacious bedroom features a king-size zip-and-link bed, which can be arranged as twin beds on request, offering flexibility for different stays.
Dressed in Egyptian cotton linens, the bed ensures a comfortable and restful night’s sleep. The room also includes a dressing table, bedside tables with lamps and USB charging points, along with generous wardrobe space.
Bathroom
The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower and eco-friendly toiletries, including shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and soap.
Please note there are a few steps leading down into the bathroom, adding a unique character to the space.

Private parking is available at the rear of the property, including EV/Tesla charging. Additional public parking with EV charging is available directly opposite.

A Perfect Stay in the Heart of Harrogate
We had a wonderful two-night stay at Harrogate Self Catering - King's View, and I can't recommend it highly enough! The location is absolutely unbeatable—right across from the Convention Centre and just a short stroll to all the shops, cafes, and restaurants. It made exploring Harrogate so easy and enjoyable. From the start, communication with the host was excellent. Everything was clear, friendly, and well-organized, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. One particularly lovely touch was the welcome hamper for our dog—such a thoughtful detail that really made us feel at home. The apartment itself was clean, beautifully decorated, and extremely well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Having private parking was a huge bonus too, especially in such a central location. Overall, a fantastic place to stay and we’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in Harrogate!

Gorgeous apartment. Very clean and cozy. Right across the road from the conference centre and easy waking access to local bars, restaurants and a big supermarket. Very helpful host.

Quality, clean and convenient!
We rarely stay in the same place twice as we usually feel that different accommodation adds something to the trip but this is our second time staying here as the EXCELLENT LOCATION and FREE PARKING makes it fantastic value for money. Clean - excellent facilities - 5 minute walk to all shops and restaurants. Enjoyed the range of games in the evenings and access to Netflix on the smart tv. The first time we stayed with our dogs and were left a really thoughtful welcome package with dog treats, poo bags and a cuddly toy, which was such a lovely touch. Comfortable bed, no outside noise. We would definitely stay again if we were visiting Harrogate.
Cosy flat in great location
Lovely flat, very smart and kitchen very well equipped. You only need to bring a tea towel. Excellent location for conference centre and for shops and Resturants. Excellent value.

Spotlessly clean and in a perfect location, right across from the convention centre with great views. The space is bright, cosy, and comfortable. The host was very responsive and helped us with our request. Highly recommend!
BRILLIANT
King’s View Apartment is very comfortable,cosy,clean and homely. Everything you need is here. Free private parking is a big bonus. Lydia - the host is very friendly and helpful. Great location and only a few minutes walk away from the heart of Harrogate. Best apartment we have stayed in and dog friendly too. We will return.
